This is the first issue of Mad Magazine. I am not really experienced with conditions on comics, so I will just describe it. The cover has creases which are visible in picture 2, and corner tears which are visible in the pictures. All the pages are otherwise intact and while the paper has yellowed, it is not soiled. While this is by no means mint condition, I would rate it good. This is a necessary copy if you want to have a complete set and is available for a fraction of book value.
For paper collectibles, condition means the following: Excellant - Mint, almost new. Very good - No tears, minimal markings, such as a name in the front, Postcards can be posted. Text is clean, paper is in better than average condition regarding aging. Good - May be minor tears or edge wearing, some marking, paper is not excessively yellowed for the age of the item. Fair - Pages separated, binding split but still intact. If you are paying by money order, please send a message and I will forward the mailing address. I will give a shipping discount for multiple purchases. If multiple purchases for first class mailings take the item over maximum first class weight, the items will be shipped priority mail. Thanks for looking and Happy Bidding.
