St Francis of Assisi's Prayer of Peace with Natural Pressed Flowers Free shipping!! Colorful and Unusual work of art handmade in the USA! This 8" x 10" picture comes in a wood frame with a finish that resembles dark blue-green marble. I am not absolutely certain it's a wood frame but that's what I was told it was when I bought it - to me it feels like metal. It is a very beautiful frame, and goes well with the printed prayer and by bringing out the beauty of the pressed flowers. The frame is new. The overall size of the framed picture is 11-3/4" x 9-3/4"; the measurements are approximate. The picture is under glass for protection and is made to sit on a desk or shelf. I'm sure if you wanted to hang it on the wall you could find hardware that would allow you to do so. I printed the entire Prayer of Peace, written by St Francis of Assisi, on pure bright white paper on our laser printer, and then embellished the prayer with a variety of pressed flowers and leaves, all grown in our own natural garden where we use no chemical insecticides and only use our own compost or organic fertilizers. I press-dried them and then attached the flowers, leaves and stems to the picture using non-toxic glue.
