Shipping: Books and other permissible items will be shipped by Media Mail according to USPS regulations. Other items that fall within USPS weight guidelines will be shipped by First Class Mail, otherwise by Flat Rate or Weight Based Priority Mail. Heavy and large items will be shipped by UPS and cannot go to a P.O. Box. A telephone number for contact by the carrier is helpful. Fragile items may include a very small handling fee to cover the cost of bubble wrap and packing peanuts. The amount will be noted in the auction. Pre-packaged items cannot be combined except by taping the boxes together if possible. All items with a final value over $25 must be insured. T are lots of other sellers who have items that are brand new and that have never been exposed to the messiness of normal living.
