TEDDY ROOSEVELT Caricature political cartoon poking at Teddy for his contract with Charles Scribneeer's and Sons for a DOLLAR a WORD..The sailor calls him YOU ROYAL MUCHNESS. he is holding his iconic BIG STICK. and under his arm the contract for $1 Dollar a word.I have not seen this cartoon anyplace else.
