Magic Seal #7AV-16 Pressure Cooker/Canner 16 QtGood working conditionI tested it...Came up to pressure nicely....The seal is fairly new...the pressure regulator works fine...the pressure gauge is fineIt will go over 20 pounds pressure if you leave the regulator un-open.....best while pressuring it up to open the regulator 2 turns...adjust to the pressure you desire as neededI will include a CD with a similar pressure cooker's manual/use/care/recipes I replaced the lid's handles with the wood 1's I took off of a National #7 Pressure Cooker..they are the same...good fitAll the handles are stable/secure..I did also oil the wood handles with food grade mineral oilThis cooker will hold Seven 1 quart jars...as many 1 pint jarsAll in pictures included + the Manual on CD in PDF/Adobe ReaderAsk questions if you like
