Page(s) Condition Personally inspected and proven to be bright and clean throu gho ut. No old owners marks, not even a name. I did see a small wrinkle in the title page and the page after it. As if someone may have scanned the title page, or made a photo copy. All else is clean Binding Condition . No issues to report. Description Allow me to shed to shed some clarity on the title and contents of this book. The title “book 4” refers to the holy number 4. If you have ever approached the work of Aleister Crowley, only to feel lost and discouraged. It is be caus e you have not started in the right place. This book is the right place. Weiser books has received much criticism over the years for allowing the works of Aleister Crowley to fall out of print. About ten years ago the publisher approached Hymenaeus Beta ( O.T.O.) to contribute his thoughts on the mater of a new edition of Crowley ’s “Magick in theory and practice”. The end result was this magnificent book. Only in this second edition was perfection achieved. The large format, superb binding, paper quality and page make this a book one you will use and reference for a lifetime. Magick, book 4 parts I-IV is without question the most affective way for the new student of Maigck to approach the work. The book as been assembled in a way that walks the student trough Crowley ’s system. Anyone with a high school education should have no problems grasping the material. Included in the is volume is Crowley ’s seminal work on Magick “ Magick in theory and practice” as well and much material originally printed in the Equinox. I will nev er part with my personal copy of his work, but as your luck would have it. I have acquired another copy. Note: this is a large and heavy book. Shipping prices reflect that .
