Magnificent Wallace sterling flatware, service for 16, in opulent Grand Baroque pattern. T are no monograms. The silverware is marked with the name WALLACE STERLING and it has the stag head hallmark. The blades of the dinner knives are stainless. The sixteen place settings include knife, fork, and teaspoon. In addition, t are 12 butter knives and 12 salad forks. The serving utensils include large spoon, large fork, pickle fork, small gravy ladle, and small serving spoon. The entire set comes with a silver chest for storage. The original 12 place settings, butter knives, dessert forks were purchased in 1940 or earlier. An additional four place settings was purchased in 1978.
