Probably Italy Made fountain pen from the 20's.Exquisite floral pattern,overall excellent condition except the 2 rivets style clip is missing.A very easy restore once you get the right clip.No dents,dings,brassing.The mechanism is nicely working by turning the bottom knob.The nib is a perfect 14 k "warranted" in "2" size.Not sure the nib is correct to the pen.Pen not tested with ink.Lenght closed cm.12,5.Screw cap.No reserve,I do combine shipping.
