The photos do not clearly show this gorgeous piece. It is an incredible marble top mahogany bombe sideboard, and is believed to be from the 1940s. The two center doors open with a brass key included and contain three drawers. The top drawer pulls down with a serving shelf and four smaller blue velvet lined silverware drawers within. The other two drawers are large for storage. Each side piece has two large sections inside. The marble is white. The piece measures 101" wide, 42" high and 28" deep. This piece was intended for a dining room, but can be used in an office, family room, kitchen or really any room. The inlaid wood is gorgeous. It is a heavy piece even when you lift off the marble top. Ormalu adorns the leg bottoms and top ends of the piece. This piece is authentic with dovetail drawers and fine craftsmanship.
