THIS ITEM: a matched pair of side chairs, accent chairs, dining or kitchen chairs, from the 1940s, in the classical empire style with saber legs and ladderbacks, carved in the most desirable rose-back type, and with very nice patina original mahogany/dark cherry finish. Seats are fairly clean but used, from an estate, may be used exactly as found or easily recovered, standard slip-seat unscrews from beneath. SHIPPING DISCOUNT AVAILABLE: If you don't mind reassembling these, they can be taken apart fairly easily for a slightly cheaper shipping rate (inquire).We will make one more of these, from a different source but nearly identical, available on our store inventory if anyone should need a third chair to augment a dining or kitchen area.
