I am told this old table from the Knoxville Table and Chair Company, Knoxville, Tenn, is solid mahogany. I was unable to find out very much about the furniture company but that it was in operation from the late 1800's until 1935. This table is dark stained and has a mark on the top w a crochet doily has been for many years...I think it can be removed. A paper label on the bottom is almost fallen apart so I put a piece of clear tape over it so it wouldn't be lost. It measures 29 1/2" tall and the top is 16" X 16" square. I hope my pictures speak for the condition but I will answer any questions I can. If you have the winning bid, please arrange to have this table transported to your address.
