Rare Majolica Syrup Pitcher Wellsville OH. Morley & Co Vintage Majollica syrup or table pitcher, made in Wellsville, Ohio by George Morley & Co. 7" inches tall to top of lid and 3.5" inches wide at base. It is in good condition for age, except for part of the metal lid missing the thumb piece. Other than the fleabite chip no other major Chips.The crackling on the bottom does not go thru to the inside, just surface crackling probably from the firing process. Lots of normal surface crazing from age.George Morley & Co operated in Wellsville and E. Liverpool Ohio between 1878 to 1884. This is a really rare old piece.
