Jerry Crawford's umpire jacket. This jacket was worn the last year the major league umpires were divided between the American and National Leagues. The year before Major League Umpire uniform changed to black jackets. At the time Crawford's number was "40" and he signed the number four on the jacket. I won this jacket while attending International Umpire Camp Mr. Crawford was an instructor. Jerry Crawford is now the number two umpire in MLB second to Bruce Fromming. Both are sure to be inducted into the baseball Hall of Fame. Jerry Crawford is the son of the legendary Shag Crawford. I can provide photos of me and Mr. Crawford together at the camp.
