Here we have a fine example of a converted Mamod SL1 set. The set consists of one converted locomotive, two carriages and 16 curves and 4 straights of track to make an oval. The conversion consists of a ceramic gas burner, gas tank, regulator, upgraded safety valve and a water top up valve from Dream Steam. Refill bottle and gas can filler adapter can be obtained from Dream Steam. This set is in a used condition. Locomotive has signs of original burner discolouration and slight chips, but mechanically sound, and steams well. Duration time approximately 20 minutes. Box is complete but showing signs of age. Due to the gas conversion I have set a reasonable reserve. Please feel free to ask any questions via EBay. UK bidders only.
