Good luck Here I have a 1st day somme pair (full entitlement) to: 26269 JOSEPH PEAT 17th battalion Manchester regiment - 2nd PALS. In excellent all round condition with original ribbons, full size and correctly named Comes with a research folder, photo of grave taken by myself a few years ago, Joseph was killed in the attack at montauban with the 30th division, also in action in this attack was the 18th division from whom captain wp Neville famously kicked a football across no mans land. Bray cemetery was started in 1924 for isolated graves I believe � A interesting statistic- out of approximately 19000 deaths on this day, around 12000 have no known grave, only around 7000 actually have a headstone.
