This is the Blue Phantom Quartz that Melody wrote about in her supplement to "Love Is In The Earth". I first brought them back from Tucson in February 2004 w I had the pleasure of meeting Melody and her supplier/friend Bob Jackson. Bob was in the room adjacent to Melody's room and his room was filled with many hard-to-find crystals that she has mentioned in her books. I was able to bring home some Blue Phantom Quartz crystals. According to Bob Jackson Blue Phantom has inclusions of three minerals; Indicolite, Actinolite (Byssolite) and a third unidentified mineral.

Bob no longer has any more Blue Phantom Quartz as of 2006. The owner of the mine is now focusing on his Gold and Diamond mine and has stopped mining the Blue Phantom Quartz.

In May 2006 I was at a local rock and mineral show when one of my regular suppliers had Blue Phantom Quartz. He got his supply 8 years ago and it had been mined in the 1970's. He is now bringing it out to share. He claims that the third element is Tremolite. This is much better quality stock than I have ever seen as many of the crystals are large and complete. I am thrilled to be able to offer these incredible crystals.

This auction is for the fantastic Blue Phantom crystal shown in the enlarged photographs above and below. It measures 1 3/8" by 1 1/8" by 15/16" and weighs 30.3 grams ! This is a complete crystal which is very rare with Blue Phantoms. This crystal also has a center "nugget" that has several tiny Quartz crystals jutting out of it. I have done my best to show a photo of the center below. You can also see below left, the small baby crystal attached to one of the faces.
When I gave a Blue Phantom Stone for Pat Dornik to hold she called it "Bliss Out Stone". Pat is a psychic channel, energy healer and lecturer. is what she said about this remarkable stone: "This particular frequency demonstrates a very high electromagnetic content which would account for the deep pulsing sensation one would feel through the bottoms of the feet through the spleenic chakra and the third eye level. The sense is the overall feeling of great well being and balance and happiness - a sense of bliss as you feel the energy pulsating through these above mentioned areas in the physical form and vibrating and aligning one from their inner being to their outer world."
