8" Marbelite Traffic Light head. Comes with a hanger and is wired with a grounded standard wall outlet cord.Wired for 120 Volt AC household Grounded plug. .The LED light units are RED, YELLOW and CLEAR when OFF and have the correct colors when lit. Please see all pictures.LEDs are 120 Volt AC.Yellow body section has small chip as seen above the "8" on the ruler in picture 6.Wired so all 3 LEDs are on at the same time. Does NOT flash, Blink or change.Housing is Aluminum and repainted yellow in color. Has cap style visor. Original off the street condition.Shade of yellow varies due to the lighting. .Only 1 is available.No APO/FPO/DPO. The problem is with the lights not the adaptor. The bulbs clearly aren't the problem either. It's most likely to do with the wiring. This renders your suggestions 1 & 2 of no help. At £80 postage I can't take returning the lights as a sensible suggestion. There must be a reason why you dont have 100% feedback yourself Q: Hi, I received the walk/don't walk sign and it worked for about 10 mins but now won't light up. I used the correct AC voltage converter the same type I use on the traffic lights I recently bought from America and they work fine. I'm a bit disappointed at this point. They normally last around 8000 hours of continuous burn time @ 120 volts or less. Which means they either were used at the wrong voltage or the transformer you have went bad. There are only 3 real options. 1) Try another 220 to 120 volt transformer. 2) Buy some E27 220 or 120 volt light bulbs in your country. 3) Return the signal to me in original condition and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price.
