Offered is a gorgeous SUBMARINE INDIAN handmade marble. It grades near mint plus from having several small fleabites. The red / magenta colored bands are definitely subsurface. The green bands appear slightly below the surface as well. This is a great handmade! HOW I GRADE "PLAYTIME" ON MARBLES:

Grading policy is that if t is any glass missing on the marble, including
"fleabites" (too small too measures with a 1/32" caliper),
"ticks" (measureable at 1/32"),
"pecks" (measureable at 1/16" ) or
"flakes" (measureable at 1/16" or larger)
then the marble is near mint plus or a lower grade depending on the size of a flake if a flake is present. The number and severity of the playtime marks listed above will decrease the grade of the marble. HOW I GRADE "AS MADE" MARKS ON MARBLES:

"As made" melt pits or shallow grooves from the manufacturer are considered part of the creation of the marble and are not considered to be part of the grading unless the "as made" pit or groove is very noticeable. WHAT I USE TO GRADE MARBLES:

An 8X loupe and a 90W Sylvania Reveal bulb are used to grade the marble. I view the marble prior to photography and again while listing it for auction. PAYMENT:

PayPal is preferred.
Bank checks and money orders are accepted as well.
Personal checks are fine with the understanding that the check will have to clear before shipment is made.
If the buyer sends their payment by mail please be sure to put the auction number on the envelope or on a note in the envelope with your payment or the delivery of the item can be delayed. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. SHIPPING COSTS:

Auction winner can choose between Priority shipping or First Class.
Priority shipping is $4.05 and by using the online USPS "Click-N-Ship", Delivery Confirmation for each package is free.
HOW AUCTION WINS ARE PACKAGED:

T are no charges for handling or materials. This description is for four or fewer marbles:
The auction win is placed in a small ziplock plastic bag (if t are multiple marbles, each marble is placed in a separate ziplock bag), wrapped in a cushioning material and placed in a padded envelope.
If the auction winner chooses Priority shipping, the padded envelope is folded and taped to the inside of the Priority mail box. This assures that no matter how much the box is tossed around before reaching you, the marble will not move inside the box. This has been a very successful method of shipping Priority packages.
For large marble lots, all marbles are packaged with a large amount of cushioning material and placed in the appropriate size box. If t is any extra space in the box, it is filled with additional cushioning material until the package of marbles is centered and protected for shipping.

RETURNS:

Every effort is made in correct identification and a correct grade. However, since errors can happen, offered is a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all auction items.
If you are not satisfied with an auction item's identification or grade when received, please email within five (5) days using eBay's email system to arrange a return. Once the auction item is returned a full refund of the winning bid will be given minus shipping costs. Merchandise credit for the full auction value towards a future auction win is also acceptable if the winner chooses, however, partial refunds are not available.
