This are a well used pair of German marching boots. Shorter than earlier war and look to be wartime configuration to save on leather. Heal irons present and most all hobnails are missing. Sewn and wood pegged soles marked size 45 so about an 11.5 US ( good size!) Missing one of the internal boot pull loops in the calf. Otherwise leather is very supple and solid.
