You are looking at a Mares Scuba Diving Dive Regulator set in excellent condition. The first stage regulator is the Mares MR 22 that features the DFC (Dynamic Flow Control) System. The second stage is the Mares Abyss regulator and the octo is the Mares Nikos . This set was annually serviced and was used in fresh water only.
