**Another piece from my private collection**

I've been told this piece is in great condition, t is some minor wear because of the age such as a scuff on the lower part of one side and a small mark. I've included a photo of it.

It's been well cared for.

As with all my auctions, I start with a low starting bid and this one has no reserve. Part of the spirit of Ebay is getting in to the game of bidding!

Make sure you want this piece prior to bidding. Look up the artist, ask questions and above all love what you are bidding on. This art, buy it because you feel it, and want to see it in your home for enjoyment.

My return policy is as follows:

If after you receive the item you're not happy, contact me and lets talk about it. If you're still unhappy, you have 4-days after the day you receive it to send it back in the same manner of packing I sent it. Insured since the item is fragile. buyer to pay for shipping and insurance. Once I receive the item back, I'll inspect it. A refund will be given minus seller fees.

For those of you wondering what the last photo is..

that is a original Tony Da painting. I've collected pieces from most of the Marie & Julian legacy.

The Tony Da is signed and also has a handwritten post card he sent to the people that comissioned him to draw it.

Present time the painting is on consignment at a gallery in Laguna Beach.
