A must have piece of vintage Maria & Santana Martinez craftmanship

Wonderful San Ildefonso Pueblo Indian pottery bowl in excellent condition.

Decorated with the complex "Avanyu design" this is truly a striking piece.

Made in the classic finish of polished black on black matte

Any white or red spots you see are only made by the camera's flash

Listed with No Reserve so do not lose out on this beauty

It is wonderful condition with only the normal wear on the very bottom w bowl rests. A few minor surface scratches may be present but this bowl is ready to display on your mantle

The signature of Santana is "clearly visible" but I believe this bowl may have been signed Marie + Santana and Marie's name has worn with time...not sure as I have never seen a bowl signed just Santana
