I think it is one of her most beautiful productions. I will quote some of the description from the Certificate of Authenticity: "... Marie teamed with the "Head Bean" himself, Gary Lowenthal and Boyds Bears, to bring you their first ever collaborative piece, in a brand new series, "Quite a Pair". "Dolly", a charming blond-haried, blue-eyed toddler, dressed in an eye-catching periwinkle blue underdress with a white organza and lace pinafore apron, lovingly snuggles with her "Beary Best Friend". "Beary" is an 8-inch, white plush boyds Bear who wears aperiwinkle blue chenile sweater with Boyds logo buttons. " ". . . "Beary Best Friends" is hallmarked on the back of "dolly"s neck with Marie's signature and is hand numbered. This is a doll who is meant to be sitting. She is about 13" high in the sitting position. This is a good sized doll. She would be adorable in a child's chair. This is a great addition to any doll collection. The Boyd's Bear makes the vignette unique.
