"Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend", Marilyn Monroe's iconic song and dance number from the movie "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes". It was the Marilyn Monroe movie, and she portrayed the gold-digging, diamond-loving showgirl with rare insight and presence. The climax of the movie was Lorelei Lee's solo performance of "Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend." Surrounded by dapper young men decked in formal black-tie attire, Lorelei Lee was sheathed in a sexy, pink satin gown, accented with a huge bow artfully placed at the small of her back. Elbow length gloves of matching satin clung to her graceful arms. And, of course, she was dripping with faux diamonds from her ears, neck and wrists! I am the original, non-smoking owner of this doll. She has never been out of the box and never been on display. Her hair net has never been removed. If you are wanting one of these dolls buy one that is NIB, never displayed, with hair net still in place, still in original packaging and still strapped in the original box. This comes with the COA and is NEW, NEW, NEW. She is 19 inches tall and comes with her own stand. No accessories.
