This is an early copy of the Marine Sniper Book dated 1986-88 with Carlos signature and a personal business card i covered up the phone number because i think his wife still uses the number i met The Gunny when i was a SSGT IN 1986 He use to cone to the Sniper School at Camp Lejune N.C. and give a class and be the Guest speaker for the Graduating Sniper Students i was working at the Range at the time and after the class the GySgt would come into the Magi's Draws Club and have a Beer or three with the NCOs and the Class i have some very fond memories of the Gunny i later seen him at a Gun Show in 1992 he did not look to good then and was in a wheel chair, i asked him do you remember when we had a beer at Camp Lejuine he Smiled and said hell yes Gunny how are you. anyone that knew The Gunny knows he was a Quite Man and never a bragger i never herd him talk about what he did in Nam but he would be glade to give you pointers on shooting.OK Now about this Book and His Business Card I have several pictures with the Gunny and a personal letter to me from him when i made gunny and a first copy of his book Signed by him and it will be left to my grand children some day and i would never sell them. this book and Card was given to a Marine CPL. who's name i covered up the Cpl. has passed away and his wife asked me to sell some of his stuff he also was a Vietnam Vet. he was medical retired a CPL.He was wounded in 1968 if you need to look it up that should not be hard he was wounded in the battle at Khesanh in 1968 the name of the CPL.
