You are bidding on a book entitled The Sea-Side and Aquarium or, Anecdote and Gossip on Marine Zoology by John Harper. This is a hardcover book bound in red gilt-stamped cloth and published in Edinburgh 1858 by William P. Nimmo and is a first edition. 187 pages; illustrated; a popular look at starfish, mussels, hermit-crabs, sea weed, sea anemones, and so forth; a rather scarce book in the original edition. The book has a waterstain to the upper part of the first three pages and there is some wear to the top of the spine; otherwise the book is in good condition, tightly bound, with a square text block, sound hinges and minimal external wear. The successful buyer will pay $3.99 for USPS Media Mail shipping. Priority shipping is available but will be extra depending on size, weight and destination.
