This auction is for a Vintage 12mm wood Carving Chisel manufactured in Germany .The decals are still present on the wooden handles. The Steel is marked with the BowSaw Trademark, 12mm & SAGE. The wooden handles are all in very nicecondition. No splits, cracks or damage. The decal reads Marke Spannsage withthe Bow Saw trademark, 150 Jahre, Qualitat which stands for Spannsage Brand,150 Years of Quality. There is a leather plug/buffer where the chisel enters thewooden handle and the word “ULMIA” engraved near the top of the handle abovethe trademark seal. This is a very nice High Quality German Made Carving Chisel.These are seldom seen today and would make a fine addition to any collection ofCarving Chisels Posted with eBay Mobile
