Marked Frank Whiting Sterling base Cake Stand

Today we are offering this nice old Whiting sterling base cake stand. The stand is weighted and does bear the Frank Whiting co mark. Also the base is threaded so that the threaded cake plate can screw into it. The base has a light twist mark on it w some one twisted it from the bottom of the base instead of the threaded solid part. The cake plate measures 11 1/2 in diameter , and stands 5 inches tall. I will remove the base from the plate for safe shipping. Please remember to hold the base at the top w it is solid sterling when threading it back togeather. Thanks for viewing, and good luck.
