Offered here is a Marklin 2867 HO Lufthanasa Airport Express Passenger Set. Included are a German Federal Railroad Class 111 electric locomotive and (3) Avmz compartment cars in a special edition. Features for the locomotive include plastic construction, pantographs that raise and lower, relex couplers, motor, plastic truck sides, and metal wheels. The passenger cars feature plastic construction, relex couplers, plastic trucks, and metal wheels and axles. Each measures approximately 11 inches in length and are not lighted. It ran very well when tested and from the looks of the wheels and the center pick-up, I don't think it has very much running time on it at all. It really is a very nice set in very nice condition and originally sold new for almost $500.00.
