Marklin 37083 - Express Locomotive with Tender BR 10 Model: I purchased it new from Germany put it on track and made sure it worked then put in display case never used again. The locomotive comes with an mfx decoder and controlled high-efficiency propulsion. 3 axles powered, 2 traction tires. The tender is made of metal. There is a close coupling between the locomotive and tender. The locomotive is ready for installation of a 72270 smoke generator. The triple headlights and the smoke generator that can be retrofitted into the locomotive will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. Running gear lights and a sound effects module are built into the locomotive. The running gear lights, a whistle, steam locomotive operating sounds synchronized with the driving wheels, and the direct control (acceleration/braking delay) can controlled with a Control Unit or Marklin Systems. Additional sound functions can be controlled with Marklin Systems. Length over the buffers 30.5 cm / 12â€. I am not a Marklin train EXPERT. I use the TCA GradingStandard as I understand it.
