Marklin HO Scale 3034 Electric Locomotive Engine "141 005-9" Black/Blue/Silver FIRST, we are not a Marklin dealer, nor a model train collector. We are but a family member assisting an estate in the sale of their Marklin Train Collection. All items have been in storage. Photos are images of actual items. This electric engine has been in storage, meticulously wrapped in brown paper and packed within a sealed footlocker since 1983. Per the estate, this locomotive performed flawlessly prior to being placed in storage. BUYERS, PRIOR TO BIDDING PLEASE NOTE: Our untrained eye notes that this original Marklin Electric Locomotive is in good condition (per ebay-sign of play wear with scratches, minor paint loss, small dents and minor surface rust). This locomotive h as many scratches and a few chips on the roof. Both sides of engine have some crazing as well as some more noticeable scratches from use. The simulated silver window panels on the sides of the engine may look like some oxidation, but they are actually scratched off paint. No rust or oxidation on the undercarriage of this locomotive. Servicing and cleaning should be a priority due to the length of time this electric engine has been stored. If this locomotive has any lights, it is unknown if they are operational.
