Springtime Greetings!!……We’re putting into auction for this week a Marklin Train set collection that has spanned a number of generations of the family that have accumulated it since the end of WW II. Used mostly as a Christmas holiday event for the family, they have taken very good care of the set over the years. Although no warranty is given that any of the items will work as intended, I am assured that various components were fully functional in a setup of a considerable portion of it as late as 2010. The collection includes the primary layout of 2 engines and rolling stock, track, switches, transformer, etc. I will list separately a few of the original cars from the collection, a magnificent Marklin 410 Turntable as well as various HO platform scale model buildings/utilities from the USA maker “Plasticville”, and the German makers, “Faller” and “Kibri”.
I believe that I have done due diligence in my on-line researching of these items. However, I’m sure that my descriptions will not describe fully the condition or detail of many of this large array of toy train components. Therefore, please ask questions if you have any. I will photograph as much of the detail as reasonable for this listing and will respond with additional detail and/or photos of specific components upon request. You are ultimately responsible for viewing photos and asking questions. All items are described with honest intent!
Please Good luck bidding and thanks for dropping by For this auction: MARKLIN TURNTABLE #410 NG HO – RARE This is from the 1950’s I believe. It is constructed of metal and features a rotating section of track. This all metal remote controlled Turntable includes 2X control switches. Comes in original box and in excellent condition. What great action this would bring to your Marklin train layout! SHIPPING COST :
We ship mainly with USPS. and use their Priority Mail service.. However, on your request , your shipping cost can be reduced. On smaller lesser valued items I will look for the least expensive shipping options whether its parcel post on larger heavy items or 1st Class on small light items. When practical, I combine items into a single package, charging only for the additional weight of the package. If you want to consider other than USPS Priority Mail, please don't hesitate to let me know and I will send you a revised invoice.

Note that eBay no longer offers an insurance option in their invoice builder software. Therefore, items I sell for over $250, will be required to be insured through the USPS postal insurance. Also, as a result of new PayPal rules, proof-of-delivery will be required on these items (the cost of proof-of-delivery will be at my expense for US shipments).

I do not charge a handling cost but the cost of insurance will be added to your shipping cost, see chart below.
