MARHSALL of CANADA Ladies Lizard Skin Purse Watch from around 1960,possibly earlier, in working order and keeping good time. The case, closed 53mm.. open 72mm and 35mm wide has a tan coloured lizard skin cover and is in good condition with a nice patina to it and has a gold coloured flexi chain attached to it. The case slides open to reveal the watch case which is of gold tone metal alloy. The dial, also in good condition has the hours marked off in gold batons and arrow heads, and is signed MARSHALL, 17 Jewels, Canada. All hands are in gold including the centre second sweep and this is tipped with a red arrow head. Will not attempt to show movement but this runs very well, keeps good time and, as stated, is of 17 Jewels. Nice example of a Ladies Purse Watch.
