Martin DX1KAE Made in Mexico Bought for my daughter a couple of weeks ago from Guitar Village for £539, but it’s too big for her so selling to get a OM sized guitar. (If you have something comparable to swap let me know?). Really as new, this is easily the best dread under a grand in my opinion. Proper Martin tones from this dread and is not a million miles away from my Martin D28. I have taken a little off the saddle to bring the action down from the factory setup that seemed a little high – it’s now playing perfectly with 12’s. The pickup sounds pretty good through the PA too.
