Impossible to find rare 35 cent variant of Star Wars #1 from Marvel comics, July 1977! This book is a legitimate and real 1st printing, not one of the blank UPC code reprints that you see so often! Came from a good customer who was a long-time Star Wars collector. He was attempting to build a full set of #1-4 price variants, but they were so tough to find, he never completed the set! Check our other auctions for the #4 issue! UNRESTORED Blue Label CGC 6.5 (FN-) condition. Should have graded much higher. I remember helping the customer buy this book ungraded several years ago, and we both thought it came back extraordinarily low. It has some spine stresses that breaks color (black cover, so you'd expect them all to break color), but that's about it. Very tiny price written on back cover in pencil at the upper part of the back cover, but no major defects at all, such as creasing, chipping, etc. Looks like a solid 7.0 or 7.5 book. So much so, that I consider busting it out and having it regraded (as you can tell, old label from CGC so it was graded years ago). Ultimately, it's a solid investment either way, so instead, I've decided to simply offer it up SHIPPING AND HANDLING We ship items on Monday's and Thursday's. Shipping prices/options are as follows: $5.50 Standard Delivery OR $9.00 for Priority Mail Delivery Insurance is optional, and is $1.30 for values up to $50. Insurance is $2.20 for values of $50.01-$100, and then an additional $1.00 for every $100 afterwords. You may also choose UPS Ground delivery which is $15.00, and that would include all insurance costs. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS We welcome buyers from all over the world, but PLEASE read this carefully BEFORE you bid! We will NOT misrepresent the value for international shipments for ANY reason. All items will be marked as "Merchandise" and the final value of the auction (not including shipping charges) will be declared as the value. International buyers are responsible for 100% of any import duties/taxes that their county may impose...We do not set these fees, and we do not make any money off of them. Buyer's responsibility to satisfy their inquiries with their customs agency before they bid. On rare occasion, a package may be lost in transit or delayed for some reason beyond our control. Buyer must assume ALL responsibility for such, as once the package is shipped, we cannot be held responsible. I hate to put such emphasis on this, as 99%+ of all international orders go through without a problem, but t are a few buyers out t that do not seem to understand the innt risk of international shipping. Absolutely NO REFUNDS (Full or Partial) will be given for a package that is lost or held up. It is very difficult to insure packaages overseas, so please consider this policy prior to bidding. Again, we doubt t will be a problem with your shipment, but in the event that t is, we are not responsible. PAYMENT METHODS AND DETAILS We welcome payments via PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check (10 business day hold). We DO NOT use e Ba y's Checkout Procedure, so you will receive an invoice from PayPal shortly after the auction. If you have not received one within 24 hours, please email and we will get you an invoice. We are very busy between e Ba y and our store, as well as our other jobs.
