Up for auction is a Marvel Mystery Comics number 63 from Timley Comics, April 1945. This comic features one of the ALL-TIME classic Hitler covers from Alex Schomburg!!! In fact, this cover is a Tri-Axis cover (with Hitler, Mussolini, and Tojo)! This is an EXTREMELY rare comic. It is rarely offered for sale and is a very high demmand comic among collectors. Over the past few years, Timelys have become the HOTTEST Golden-Age comics in the hobby. Especially the issues that feature classic cover art. This comic has stories with Human Torch, Sub-Mariner, Miss America, The Patriot, and The Angel vs the villaness Cat-Woman!!! This book grades at Good plus (2.5) to Good/Very Good (3.0). It has a nice appearance. The book is 100% complete and the centerfold is secure and their is no restoration. The front cover has very little surface wear. T is a very light scuff and hole in the "M" in Marvel on the front cover. T is a spine roll with minor wear to the spine. T is a chip off of the the top and bottom of the spine measuring about 1/4". The covers are securely attatched to the staple with a small amount of tearing around the single staple. The back cover has bug chew on the top edge. T is scuffing and scaring slightly affecting the Babyruth ad art on the back cover. The page quality is decent..it has a light tan color to it. I'd rate it a 5 on a scale from one to ten. Overall it's still a very collectible copy. The book will include a backing board and mylar.
