Marvel Spotlight #5: Featuring the first appearance of Ghost Rider! Published in 1972 by Marvel Comics, with classic art by Mike Ploog. This issue has been climbing in price due to the popularity of the recently released movie starring Nicholas Cage! Grade: Very Good. A good solid copy with no significan tears, tight spine, and all pages firmly attached. Pages are an attractive off-white. Nice and flat, with only minor scrolling. Spine has a few minor stress marks. Some color breaks, scuff marks along outer edge of cover. The bottom of the comic got bumped at some point, the resulting ding is evident on the back cover and some pages but is nothing serious. Price: Starting at $75. Hard to find this comic at most of the major dealers right now. Mile High Comics has this issue priced at $160 for a Very Good copy.
