There are small spottings and foxings and small holes.The buyer must expect this kind of signs for an antique painting that has been found somewhere in a big lot of antiques objects. The painting has been cleaned with professional products. We do not have any document or provenance, we do not know who made this old painting. If a student, a master or an other painter. So we sell the artwork as made in the style of the great masters. The last 3 Pictures show some examples of similar paintings of the same period (the book is not for sale). The painting is sold FRAMED with an antique frame that shows the signs of the age, missing pieces and can miss parts when shipped. The frame is sold as it is.
