For your consideration there is a marvelous doll dress of ivory and aqua cotton satin (absolutely glorious fabric, silky on touch). The dress features ivory jacket with lace covered collar with embroidered details, lace net covered plastron, decorated with ecru silk chiffon bow, aqua pleated skirt below, 3/4 sleeves and smartly constructed back with assimetrical "tail". The dress fastens with 3 mother-of-pearl buttons at front (one is hidden under the collar and two more bellow). Fully lined, underskirt with lace, both machine and hand-sewn. The condtion is great, but please, expect a hole on the back and many stains on antique satin. Here shown on a Jumeau composite body, which is not a part of this auction. Measurements as below: 10 cm (3 9/10") shouldres, 23 cm (9") from shoulders to hem (with lace from the underskirt), 12.5 cm (4 9/10") chest (while flat) 9 cm (3 1/2") sleeves.
