Nice prewar marx set 3997-rs led by the streamlined 3000 steam enine and nyc tender, cars include 59 stock car, 554 general coal hopper, 552 rock island gondola, 553 middle states oil tank car and 556 caboose, all cars are made of tin and are lithographed, cars rate from c6-c7, nice clean set. Comes in original set box, little tape on one corner..... comes with a few original inserts and original transformer as shown in the last icture, transformer cord has become somewhat brittle, set rates a c6+ I have lots of marx listed this week, some rare and boxed items and will combine shipping!
