here we have an unusual set, this marx set is led by the tin lithographed no. 54 kcs diesel engine with matching b unit both of which are in very nice shape, no breaks or major dents, nice little running pair, erie lumber flat car, 3280 santa fe boxcar, 347100 pa gondola, 21913 lehigh valley hopper and 969 kcs caboose, all the cars have metal 4 wheel trucks and auto couplers, all are in excellent shape and rate about a c7, the boxcar feels as though weights were added inside of it...I can hear them banging around inside the car, also included and found in the set box are two plastic crossing signals and the grade crossing shown in the picture. Set box is an allstate box and stamped 9606, box holds the set well, nice cover, small damage to the top of the cover as shown in the last picture.
