missing the sheild, but the gun belt is there and the handle turns and looks like the shiny? tin version, but the tin shows some wear and discoloration.rotates pretty well on the hinge and has most of the paint intact. very little rust if any....a real sharp piece.PLEASE EMAIL WITH QUESTIONSPLease check out our other auctions.
