I purchased this at an estate auction. It is the Body from the MARX Tin Litho Wind up Toy "HEY HEY THE CHICKEN SNATCHER" Is is make by LOUIS MARX and is Patented April 13, 1926. You can tell the condition of the body from the pictures. It has some minor surface rust but is not rusted thru. It has the wind up mechanism. When the key is turned it does not catch and there is a If you move the body back and forth you can tell the spring is unwinding so I think it may be possible to get the winding mechanism working. I am selling this AS IS with no returns so bid accordingly.
