I'm selling what's left of my 40-year collection of Marx HO - including many RARE pieces even experienced Marx HO collectors never knew existed. This spectacular find is a FACTORY-FRESH, GENUINE MARX HO ORNATE CHRIS CRAFT BOAT LOAD, STILL MINT IN ITS ORIGINAL WHITE BOX - ALMOST 50 YEARS OLD! This was one of the 3 HO scale boat loads Marx HO produced in the late 1960s. Boat is a little less than 4" long. This superbly detailed boat puts the boat loads used by Athearn and Lionel HO to shame! 100% MINT BOAT PLUS ITS CRADLE is individually wrapped with tissue paper in its own little white box with a label on the outside that reads: MADE IN HONG KONG! This comes from an original factory carton of new old stock. You can use this boat on its usual Marx HO Erie 6028 Boat Flat Car (not included) or on any flat car you like (just glue the cradle onto your flat and the boat sits securely on it). Or keep the boat mint boxed as a treasure piece for your collection! NOTE: so that I don't have to keep opening boats to photograph them, I am using the same photo whenever I run this auction. That way the mint boat you get is still wrapped the way it came from the factory.
