The box has some minor damage, bending and fraying but is in generally good condition. The pieces look to be in good condition. Please look at the photos carefully. This shipping calculator is the same as what we use to generate packing slips. It also adds insurance, which of course increases as the value goes up. We do combine shipping for a savings. this is usually based on additional weight and handling requirements for the extra items. We do collect handling fee, generally $2.50 cents for smaller items and $4.50 for normal lartger items that require peanuts and purchased boxes.
