~ Old Marx U.S. Mail Pressed Steel Delivery Truck Description : This auction is for an old pressed steel version of the hard to find US Mail Delivery Box Van truck made by Louis Marx Toys in the early 1950's. Mail Truck is 13 1/2" long and in "played with" condition. It is nice enough overall, with no broken parts, but has some paint loss and scratches and a few spots of oxidation (obviously, was a favorite toy). Lithos are still very colorful and it rolls well. Paint has strong color. A nice, hard to find, piece. Displays well and should be a great item to add to your vintage pressed steel "US Mail" truck collection.
