Beautifully rendered impressionist landscape by listed American artist Mary Cable Butler (1865 - 1946). Painting is a watercolor on paper. Measures 12 x 14 "; with mat and frame 18 x 14". Painting is in excellent condition; mat and frame likewise. Signed LR "Mary Butler"; verso, Mary Butler estate stamp. Estimate age to be 1920s, 30s or early 40s.
