MARY ENGELBREIT 1993 FRIENDSHIP GARDENS PORCELAIN DOLL
This doll is 9" tall and has a plush body with a porcelain head and arms and legs. She is one of the three teatime friends from the 1993 Friendship Gardens collection. The netting has never been taken off of her head, and the hair is as soft and neat as the day she was bought. Only about 12,000 of these dolls were made by Hallmark, making her rare and all the more valuable! She has beautiful painted brown eyes, and a detailed, delicate face. Her hair is long red hair braided and tied with a bow and it is soft and well kept. She is wearing a short sleeved flowered top (Mary's pattern)with red ribbon trim and mary's flowered apron and jumper dress. Under her dress she wears white bloomers with lace and a pair of brown mary jane's. The craftsmanship on this doll is beautiful, and it a wonderful addition to any collection!
