Astonishing beauty, depicts this unique Mary Gregory decanter/cordial set................Offering for your collection at a very low starting bid!!!! This magnificient set was purchased at an estate sale, and the previous owner was a Mary Gregory & Fenton collector. I'm not sure of the age, but it was marked on the tag:...Fenton Glass..... Mary Gregory....... vintage decantor/cordial set....1940's/1950's...vintage/antique.............Please Note!!....The pictures shown do not do justice to showing the actual detail, color, and workmanship.........So any shinny, bright or light areas are simply reflections from the camera. The glasses measure approx 2 1/4" high, and approx 1 3/4" wide. The cranberry color glass will have a design of white enamel scrolls....see photo. On each bottom of the glasses you can see some type of lettering in a circle that looks like a F or a T....I cannot determain the exact letter. You can see some very faint color loss on one of the glasses. The decanter is absolutely gorgeous. Measures approx 9" high, and approx 9" around the bottom. I could find no marking or logo on the bottom. The glass stopper is cranberry in color, and the end has a frosted like tip. White enamel paint is around the top rim. The decanter depicts a lovely girl (with the white enamel paint) that appears to be so happy as she is walking or skipping and holding a rope or some type of ribbon or string. A large tree painted with the white enamel is behind her, and a fence. Underneath her feet the white enamel paint appears to be a sidewalk or road, and a small bush or shrub is at the end. The glass is cranberry in color, and absolutely beautiful. The picture is very realistic and detailed. I did notice a few small bubbles in the glass near the edge of the large tree branch (by the end of the fence). I found no visible imperfections, but it is vintage/used, and I'm sure it will have some vintage flaws. Overall the magnificient set appears to be in very good to excellent condition........Selling as is condition. Please view the pictures for a much better description. I'm no expert with Mary Gregory or Fenton glass, and have described to the best of my ability. If you are a Mary Gregory/Fenton collector this is a rare opportunity to enhance your collection.......This is ONE-Of-A-Kind....and a keepsake to treasure.......Also this would make a unique gift this holiday season!!!!....Offered at a low starting bid, and no reserve!!! PLEASE NOTE.... U S SHIPPING ONLY!!...Please provide a confirmed address.... I ship ASAP after payment is received. Will package with protection. I ship by priority mail with a delivery confirmation no. Insurance is optional. Payment must be received 7 days from auction end. I'm no expert with any particular item, and describe to the best of my ability. Most of my items have come from an estate sale/garage sale, and I cannot guarantee you that they have come from a smoke-free or a pet-free environment. I strive to provide a great customer service to each and everyone.....Happy bidding to each of you!!!!
