Up for bid is this beautiful white porcelain tea set with delicate purple irises and pink flowers (on the front--plain white on the back), raised swirls and scalloped gold edges.The bottom is marked 'Winrose Collection' Hand Decorated in the U.S.A. The teapot measures approx. 4" in diameter (measuring the tea pot only, not including the spout and handle) by 6 1/4 " high, the creamer, 2 1/4" in diameter (not including the handle) by 2 1/2 " high, and the sugar, 2 3/4" in diameter (not including the handles) by 2 5/8" high. The sugar bowl has gold paint near the bottom of the handle and also on the bottom of the piece (see photo). T is also a smudge on the bottom over the lettering (see photo). This is the way it came from the manufacturer, as it has never been used and is still in the box. Overall, I would still consider this tea set in mint condition. Shipping is $10.00 USPS Priority Mail. Insurance ($2.00) is recommended.
